AIR FRYER LAMB CHOPS WITH HORSERADISH SAUCE



Air Fryer Lamb Chops with Horseradish Sauce image

These air fried lamb chops are juicy and cooked to perfection. Cooked with a horseradish sauce that turns into a delicious glaze when cooked in the air fryer. A healthy, fast and fresh recipe.

8 Loin Lamb Chops
2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
2 Cloves Garlic, Minced
1 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
Vegetable Oil Spray
1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
1 1/2 Tablespoons Prepared Horseradish
2 Teaspoons Sugar

Steps:

  • Brush the lamb chops with the oil, rub with the garlic and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes. ** SEE NOTE ABOUT MAKING AHEAD--
  • In a medium bowl mix the mayonnaise, mustard, horseradish and sugar. Stir until well combined. Set aside in a seperate serving bowl half of the sauce for serving when finished cooking.
  • Spray the air fryer basket with vegetable oil spray and place the chope on the basket. Set the airfryer to 325° for 10 minutes, flipping the chops halfway through.
  • Remove the chops from the air fryer and add to the medium bowl of horseradish sauce, turning to coat with the sauce.
  • Place the chops back in the air fryer basket.
  • Set the air Fryer to 390° for 3 more minutes. Use a thermemeter to ensure the meat has reached a temperature of 145° for medium rare.
  • Serve the chops with the reserved horseradish sauce.

1 lb. lamb chops (, each cut about 1-inch thick (@4-5 chops))
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
salt (, to taste)
black pepper (, to taste)
oil spray
1/4 cup olive oil
1/3 cup minced fresh parsley
1-2 cloves garlic (, minced or crushed)
1/4 teaspoon salt (, or to taste)
1/4 teaspoon black pepper (, to taste)
1-2 pinches red pepper flakes (, or to taste)
1 Tablespoon lemon juice (, or to taste)

Steps:

  • Make the chimichurri sauce: combine the olive oil, parsley, garlic, salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes, and lemon juice. Taste for seasoning. Set aside.
  • Spray the lamb chops with oil to lightly coat. Season lamb chops with smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  • Spray air fryer basket/tray with oil spray and place lamb chops in a single layer, making sure not to overlap the meat.
  • Air Fry at 380°F/195°C for 8 minutes, flip and continue Air Frying for another 4-8 minutes, or to your preferred doneness. Serve with chimichurri sauce on lamb chops.

1 Tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
½ teaspoon dried oregano
½ teaspoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon black pepper

Steps:

  • Combine lamb chops, olive oil, red wine vinegar, rosemary, oregano, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper in a bowl. Rub the marinade into the meat and cover and chill for 1 hour.
  • Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 large egg
2 tablespoons 2% milk
3/4 cup dry bread crumbs
1 teaspoon paprika
4 pork sirloin cutlets (4 ounces each)
Cooking spray
DILL SAUCE:
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
3/4 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 teaspoon dill weed

Steps:

  • Preheat air fryer to 375°. In a shallow bowl, mix flour, seasoned salt and pepper. In a second shallow bowl, whisk egg and milk until blended. In a third bowl, mix bread crumbs and paprika., Pound pork cutlets with a meat mallet to 1/4-in. thickness. Dip cutlets in flour mixture to coat both sides; shake off excess. Dip in egg mixture, then in crumb mixture, patting to help coating adhere., Place pork in a single layer on greased tray in air-fryer basket; spritz with cooking spray. Cook until golden brown, 4-5 minutes. Turn; spritz with cooking spray. Cook until golden brown, 4-5 minutes longer. Remove to a serving plate; keep warm., Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, whisk flour and broth until smooth. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly; cook and stir 2 minutes or until thickened. Reduce heat to low. Stir in sour cream and dill; heat through (do not boil). Serve with pork.

4 lamb chops
1 Egg
1 1/2 cups milk
2 cups breadcrumb`s and more as needed
oil to cover bottom of frying pan

Steps:

  • Place breadcrumbs on a plate . Trim lamb chop`s of any excess fat and set aside, beat egg with all the milk, then dip chop`s into mixture, place onto breadcrumb`s and press into crumbs, then turn over and repeat on other side. Once all the chop`s have been crumbed they are ready to be crumbed again. Cover with cling wrap and place in fridge for at least 1/2 an hour, when ready to cook, pour oil in fry pan enough to cover the base in a thin layer and heat on medium high until hot, then put chops in with enough space between each, cook for about 6 minutes when you see juice from chops coming through to crumb`s on the top they are ready to be turned over.
