- Flip, and cook for an additional 3 minutes

AIR FRYER BBQ PORK RIBS

- Wash and chop pork ribs into small pieces.
- Place them into a mixing bowl.
- Add chopped garlic, BBQ sauce, honey, five spices powder, sesame oil, salt, pepper, and soy sauce into the mixing bowl.
- Toss and rub the seasonings onto the pork ribs. Marinate well. Keep in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
- Preheat air fryer for 5 minutes at 360°F.
- Place and arrange the pork ribs onto the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 20 minutes. Lightly coat the pork ribs with honey.
- Turn the pork ribs. Cook for another 15 minutes
- Transfer the ribs to plates and serve with your favorite side dishes

- Preheat the air fryer to 375*F for about 5 minutes.
- While this is preheating, add the seasoning and sauce to the ribs and coat well.
- Once coated well, spray the air fryer basket or air crisp basket with the cooking spray of your choice.
- Add the ribs to the air fryer and cook at 375*F for 20 minutes, flipping them after 10 minutes. If using a Ninja Foodi this would be using the air crisp function.
- Cook until the internal temperature reaches at least 145*F or your desired doneness.

- Rinse the ribs and then pat them dry. Add the garlic powder, smoked paprika, and ground black seasoning to a small bowl and set aside.
- Preheat the air fryer to 380 degrees Fahrenheit. Prepare the basket of the air fryer with nonstick cooking spray.
- Rub the ribs with a small amount of the seasoning mixture.
- Place the ribs in a single layer in the basket of the air fryer. Cook at 380 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove the basket and brush barbecue sauce onto the tops and sides of the ribs. Place back into the air fryer and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Check the internal temperature with a meat thermometer to ensure the pork has reached 145 degrees Fahrenheit.

- In a large bowl, whisk together the salt, brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, poultry seasoning, mustard powder, and pepper. Add the ribs and toss and rub the seasonings into them with your hands until they're fully coated.

- Preheat the air fryer to 370 degrees Fahrenheit for 5 minutes while you rinse, pat dry, and trim off any excess fat from the two pounds of country-style pork ribs.
- Cut any particularly large pork ribs into smaller portions so that they are all relatively the same size.
- Season the pork ribs with seasoning, sprinkling, and massaging the rub into the surface of your ribs.
- Spray or coat the bottom of the air fryer basket with oil, then place the seasoned ribs into the basket. Arrange the ribs in a single layer with space between the ribs for even cooking. (You will likely need to cook in batches for best results.)
- Cook the ribs for 10 minutes, then turn them and continue cooking for an additional 10 minutes.
- Brush the air fryer ribs with ¾ cup of your favorite barbecue sauce, and return them to the air fryer.
- Increase the temperature to 400 degrees, and cook the ribs for 8 to 10 minutes or until caramelized and crisped to your desired level.
- Remove from your air fryer, repeat as necessary, and serve with additional sauce on the side if desired.

SUCCULENT PORK BABY BACK RIBS MADE IN AIR FRYER
Making ribs could not be easier when using the air fryer! It's quick so you can have your mouth-watering ribs cooked in 30 minutes (active cooking time) as opposed to hours when using the oven! - Cut the pork rib into quarters and combine pork ribs, all the sauces and garlic in the 2 large sandwich bags. Zip-lock the bags and massage the sauce and garlic into the pork ribs.
- Let the pork ribs marinade in the sauces for at least 2 hours. For best flavours leave the pork ribs in the marinade over night.
- Pre-heat the air fryer with a temperature of 180 degrees Celsius (356 degrees Fahrenheit) for 2 minutes.
- Spray some oil in the Air Fryer basket. Alternatively, you can use Air Fryer parchment paper.
- Pull the air fryer basket out after the pre-heating is completed. Make sure to use tongs, as the air fryer basket is hot after the pre-heating, and place the pork ribs in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Drizzle some of the remaining marinade over the pork ribs so that it just covers the surface. Ensure that the pork ribs are not drenched in sauce because the sauce can burn in the air fryer.
- Set the air fryer at 180 degrees Celsius (356 degrees Fahrenheit) for 25 minutes. Then place the basket back into the air fryer for cooking.
- In the meantime, in a small bowl mix the honey with the water.
- When the timer has reached 25 minutes pull the air fryer basket out and glaze the pork ribs with honey water mixture.
- Place the pork ribs back into the air fryer and set the temperature at 180 degrees Celsius (356 degrees Fahrenheit) for 5 minutes.
- Pull out the air fryer basket when the air fryer has finished cooking and let it rest for 5 minutes.
- Take the pork ribs out with tongs and cut along the ribs. Serve with your favourite sides (look at serving suggestions above for some ideas).
AIR FRYER RIBS
Steps:
- Gather the ingredients. Set the air fryer temperature to 370 F and preheat for 10 minutes.
- Cut the slab of ribs into 4 pieces. Rub them all over with the barbecue seasoning mixture, kosher salt, and black pepper.
- Spray the air fryer basket lightly with vegetable oil spray or rub it with a paper towel dipped in a small amount of vegetable oil. Place the ribs in the basket, meaty side down. Cook the ribs for 20 minutes.
- Flip the ribs over and cook for an additional 15 minutes.
- Brush the ribs with some of the barbecue sauce and cook for about 2 minutes longer.
- Cut the ribs into smaller portions and serve with extra barbecue sauce.
