Little chocolate chip cookie bites with tasty, toasted pecans come out nice and crispy when cooked in an air fryer.

½ cup packed brown sugar
¼ cup white sugar
½ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
1 egg
1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
1 ⅓ cups all-purpose flour
1 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
⅓ cup finely chopped pecans, toasted

Steps:

  • Cut a piece of parchment paper to fit an air fryer basket.
  • Beat butter in a large bowl with an electric mixer on medium to high speed for 30 seconds. Add brown sugar, white sugar, baking soda, and salt; beat on medium speed for 2 minutes, scraping bowl occasionally. Beat in egg and vanilla extract until combined. Add flour, beating in as much as you can. Stir in any remaining flour, chocolate chips, and pecans.
  • Drop dough by teaspoonfuls 1 inch apart onto the parchment paper. Carefully transfer the parchment paper to the air fryer basket.
  • Turn the air fryer to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C) and cook until golden brown and set, about 8 minutes. Remove parchment paper to a wire rack to cool. Repeat with remaining cookie dough.

1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour (see Cook's Note)
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon fine salt
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, at room temperature
1 large egg
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Set air fryer to 325 F. Cut out a piece of parchment that just covers the bottom of the air fryer insert.
  • Whisk together the flour, baking soda and salt in a medium bowl.
  • Beat together both of the sugars and the butter in another bowl with an electric hand mixer on medium-high speed until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes. Scrap down the bowl with a rubber spatula. Beat in the egg and then the vanilla. Reduce mixer speed to low, add the flour mixture and beat until just combined. Stir in the chocolate chips with a wooden spoon.
  • Scoop out slightly heaping tablespoonfuls of dough and roll into balls. Working in batches (about 6 at a time), arrange them at least 1 inch apart on the parchment-lined insert. Air-fry until golden brown, 6 to 8 minutes. Let cool in the insert for a couple minutes and then transfer with a spatula to a wire rack and cool completely. Cook the remaining dough balls in batches.

10 drops liquid stevia
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup almond flour
2 tsp coconut flour
1/4 tsp pink salt
1/8 tsp baking soda
1 large egg, room temperature
1/4 cup Keto Chocolate Chips

Steps:

  • Combine all the ingredients, except the chocolate chips, in a medium sized mixing bowl until fully incorporated and allow to sit for 2-3 minutes.
  • Cut out a piece of parchment paper to line the bottom of the air fryer and then fold the chocolate chips into the dough.
  • Pre-heat your air fryer to 350°F for 2 minutes (without the parchment paper).
  • Place the dough onto the parchment paper and spread using a spatula to 1/4 inch thickness or place another sheet of parchment paper on top and roll out.
  • Remove the air fryer basket and place the parchment paper in the preheated air fryer.
  • Cook for 5-10 minutes. Air fryer cooking times vary highly so it's safe to keep an eye on it starting at 4 minutes. It will be browned and cooked through.
  • Remove parchment paper from air fryer to a plate and serve immediately.
