1 pound butternut squash, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch pieces
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
2 teaspoons bagel seasoning (such as Trader Joe's Everything but the Bagel Sesame Seasoning Blend )
1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary

Steps:

  • Preheat an air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  • Toss butternut squash with olive oil in a large bowl. Add squash pieces to the air fryer basket. Cook until lightly browned, stirring every 3 to 4 minutes, about 22 minutes total.
  • Transfer to a bowl or serving plate and sprinkle seasoning blend evenly over the top. Garnish with fresh rosemary.

3 cups cubed butternut squash (see tips in post for peeling squash)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp smoked paprika (optional (and regular paprika is ok too!))
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper

Steps:

  • In a medium-sized mixing bowl, mix together cubed butternut squash with olive oil and spices.
  • Place squash in air fryer basket and cook at 400° for 20 minutes or until squash is tender. (See notes for cooking tips.)
  • Serve warm!

1 butternut squash (skin removed, cut into equal size cubes)
parsley (optional to garnish)
olive oil spray
salt and pepper (to taste, optional)
2 tbsp olive oil

Steps:

  • Slice bulb off top of squash. Peel the outside skin. Cut squash lengthwise, scoop out middle and remove skin. Cube squash into equal size pieces so they cook evenly.
  • Preheat air fryer to 350 degrees F for 5 minutes.
  • Put cubes in a bowl and drizzle on olive oil, toss to coat. Sprinkle with any seasonings you'd like now.
  • Pour into air fryer basket and cook for approximately 15 minutes tossing halfway through. When tossing you can spray with olive oil spray at that time if they look a bit dry.
  • Test after 15 minutes by poking with a fork to see if they are tender. Enjoy.
