AIR FRYER BUTTERMILK BISCUITS
Air Fryer Biscuits are a quick and easy way to make a classic recipe with a fraction of the cooking time. These buttermilk biscuits are great stand-alone or even as a side to your favorite soup or salad!

Steps:
- Sift the 1 and 1/4 cup all-purpose flour, cake flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar, and salt into a mixing bowl.
- With a pastry cutter, work the cold butter into the flour until the pieces of butter are pea-sized.
- Add in buttermilk and, stir until the milk and flour come together to form a dough.
- Don't over mix.
- Set the temperature of your Air Fryer to 400 degrees.
- On a floured surface, place the dough on top of the flour.
- Use your hands to press the dough into a 1/2-inch-thick rectangle.
- Using a cup or biscuit cutter dusted with flour, cut out 10 dough rounds.
- Press straight down when cutting the dough with a twisting motion to prevent the dough from rising.
- Spray the pan with a little bit of nonstick cooking spray.
- Arrange the biscuits in a pan that fits into your fryer, in a single layer, and brush with the melted butter.
- Place the biscuit dough in your Air Fryer and close.
- Set the timer to 8 minutes, and continue air frying the biscuits until they are golden brown.
- Remove from the Air Fryer and serve and brush the tops of the biscuits with butter.

Steps:
- Preheat Air Fryer to 390 F.
- Mix flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt together.
- Grate butter using a box grater or cut butter into small cubes and cut it into the flour mixture with a pastry cutter or fork.
- Pour in milk and stir gently with a fork until just combined.
- Turn dough out onto a floured work surface and use your hands to press dough together into a rectangle. Fold dough over a few times and flatten it with your hands to get it into a 1-inch thick layer.
- Cut 6 biscuits from it using a 2 3/4" round biscuit cutter.
- Air Fry for 9-11 minutes or until the tops are golden brown. Brush biscuits with melted butter and serve.

- Combine the almond flour, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl. Mix in the cheddar cheese by hand until well combined.
- Add eggs, butter, and sour cream to the center and blend with a large fork, spoon, or your hands, until a sticky batter forms.
- Fit a piece of parchment paper into your air fryer basket. Drop ¼ cup-sized (for large) or 2 tablespoon-sized (for small) portions of batter onto the parchment.
