6 medium tart apples, peeled and sliced
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
2 large eggs
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/3 cup chopped pecans
2 tablespoons butter, melted
Vanilla ice cream, optional

Steps:

  • Pour 1 cup water to inner pot of a large multi-cooker. In a large bowl, combine apples, sugar, flour and cinnamon. Spoon into a greased 2-qt. baking dish. In a small bowl, whisk eggs, cream and vanilla; pour over apple mixture. , Tightly cover dish with foil to prevent moisture from getting inside. Cut two 20x3-in. strips of heavy-duty foil; crisscross so they resemble an "X." Place dish in center of "X" shape. Using the foil strips as handles, lower dish into inner pot. Lock pressure lid. Press pressure function; select bake setting. Press timer; set to 25 minutes. Start., Let pressure release naturally for 10 minutes; quick-release any remaining pressure., In small bowl, combine cracker crumbs, pecans and butter; sprinkle over top. Cover with air frying lid. Press air fry function; select bake setting. Press timer; set to 7 minutes. Start. Cook until topping is lightly browned. Serve warm, with ice cream if desired.

1 Apple, diced (I used pink lady)
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 tbsp. Maple Syrup
1/2 tbsp. Lemon Juice
1/3 cup Old Fashioned / Rolled Oats
1 tbsp. Butter, melted
1 tbsp. Maple Syrup
1 tsp. Wholemeal / Whole Wheat Flour
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon

Steps:

  • Mix filling ingredients together, then divide evenly between two ramekins. Add one tablespoon of water to each ramekin on top of the filling ingredients.
  • Mix topping ingredients together, then divide evenly over the filling.
  • Cover with foil, then place in the air fryer basket and cook for 15 minutes on 180C / 350F.
  • Remove foil and continue to cook on 180C / 350F for 5-10 minutes, until topping is crisp and golden and the filling is fork tender.
  • Serve warm as is, or with greek yoghurt, ice cream or whipped cream.

Steps:

  • Preheat the air fryer to 350 F / 180C.
  • Thinly slice the apples using either a mandolin or a sharp knife.
  • Add apples to bowl and combine with cinnamon and salt.
  • Transfer half of the spiced apple slices to the air fryer basket, arranging in a single layer.
  • Cook for 8-10 minutes, turning and flattening them at least 2 times during the cooking process.
  • Remove the cooked apples chips and then repeat with the rest of the apple slices.
  • Preheat oven to 225 F / 110 C.
  • Thinly slice the apples using either a mandolin or a sharp knife.
  • Add apples to bowl and combine with cinnamon and salt.
  • Arrange slices on a metal baking sheet.
  • Bake for 45-60 minutes until apples are dried and edges curl up.
  • Using a spatula, transfer these onto a wire rack until fully cooled and crispy.

3 cups apples (chopped, I used Gala)
1 tbsp pure maple syrup
2 tsp lemon juice
3 tbsp almond flour
1/3 cup quick oats
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp light butter (melted)
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Steps:

  • In a bowl, mix together the chopped apples, lemon juice, 1 tbsp of the almond flour, maple syrup and cinnamon. Stir until well coated.
  • In the baking dish of your air fryer, layer the bottom with the apple mixture.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together the brown sugar, oats and remaining almond flour. Once these ingredients have been mixed well, mix in the melted butter trying to coat as much of the mixture as possible.
  • Cover the apple layer with the brown sugar topping mix in the air fryer baking dish.
  • Turn the air fryer to 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes.
  • Allow time to cool slightly before serving. Optionally serve on vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt.

2 cups diced apples
3 tablespoons water
½ tablespoon white sugar

Steps:

  • Preheat an air fryer to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) according to manufacturer's instructions. Butter a small oven-safe dish that will fit into the air fryer.
  • Combine apples, water, sugar, cinnamon, and salt in a small bowl. Transfer into the prepared dish and cover tightly with aluminum foil.
  • Place the dish inside the air fryer and set the timer for 10 minutes. Remove the foil and stir. Replace foil and set timer for another 10 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, combine rolled oats, flour, brown sugar, and melted butter in a small bowl and mix with a fork into a crumbly topping.

2 large apples (2.5 cups, Fuji were used, diced and peeled)
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/8 nutmeg
1/4 c raisins (or dried cranberries, or fresh cranberries, all optional add ins)
1/2 c brown sugar
2 tbsp flour (all purpose)
1 tbsp apple cider (or water)
Crumble
4 tbsp butter (softened)
1 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp brown sugar
1/4 c Old Fashioned oats
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 c flour

Steps:

  • Peel apples and dice them into small pieces. Put these in a bowl.
  • Add your top 6 ingredients into the bowl and stir so all apples are well coated and flour is mixed in. (optional raisins, cranberries and even crushed walnuts can go in now)
  • Divide this mixture into your 2 oven safe 18 oz. mugs or ramekins. Pour your 1 tbsp of apple cider or water on top. Set aside.
  • In a separate bowl add your softened butter (if from fridge put in microwave for 30 seconds), sugar, remaining brown sugar, oats, remaining cinnamon and flour. Use a spoon or fork to mix together well so all ingredients are incorporated well.
  • Spoon this evenly across the top of your 2 18 oz. mugs and cover them both with foil.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 350 degrees for 4 minutes.
  • Set foil covered mugs into air fryer basket and close. Continue cooking at 350 degrees for 16 minutes.
  • Then open and remove foil, discard. Continue air frying at 350 degrees for 3 more minutes to lightly brown the tops.
  • DO NOT open for 5 minutes once it is done, allow to sit in there to continue cooking for this time.
  • Use pot holders to remove (HOT, HOT) and place on a cool plate to serve. Can top with ice cream and caramel sundae syrup if desired.
