These Air Fryer Roasted Potatoes are fluffy from the inside, and crispy and golden on the outside. They're so quick and easy to make, and use a fraction of the oil that you'd normally use!

1 and ½ pounds potatoes (cut into 1 inch pieces)
2 tablespoons olive oil
½ teaspoon smoked paprika
½ teaspoon garlic powder or granules
¾ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic granules, and season with salt and pepper. Make sure that the potatoes are well coated.
  • Place in the Air Fryer basket, and roast at 380°F (195°C) for 10 minutes. Flip the potatoes, and roast for 10 more minutes.

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt (, to taste)
Fresh cracked black pepper (, to taste)

Steps:

  • Cut potatoes into small bite sized pieces. Add potatoes to bowl and coat with oil or cooking spray. Sprinkle garlic powder over potatoes and season with salt and pepper.
  • Add potatoes to air fryer basket or tray. Air Fry at 380°F for 20-25 minutes, shaking and tossing halfway through cooking. If needed, toss a third time to get all edges of potatoes evenly crisped. It's so good!
  • Allow potatoes to cool and serve with your favorite dip or as a side dish.

2 teaspoons dry Italian-style salad dressing mix
salt and ground black pepper to taste

Steps:

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  • Wash and dry potatoes. Trim edges to make a flat surface on both ends.
  • Combine extra-virgin olive oil and salad dressing mix in a large bowl. Add potatoes and toss until potatoes are well coated. Place in a single layer into the air fryer basket. Cook in batches if necessary.
  • Air fry until potatoes are golden brown, 5 to 7 minutes. Flip potatoes and air fry for an additional 2 to 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

1 - 1 1/2 pounds baby, mini or little potatoes
2-3 tablespoons olive or another vegetable oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (cajun seasoning works well too)
1/4 -1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper chili flakes
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper

Steps:

  • Wash and dry baby potatoes with paper towel. If the potatoes are medium sized, cut into half. Get out and measure all of your ingredients.
  • In a large bowl, mix potatoes with spices such as garlic powder, Italian seasoning, red chili flakes, salt, black pepper, and olive oil.
  • Toss them to coat evenly.
  • Transfer the potatoes to air fryer basket and fry at 400 degrees for 10 minutes, toss to adjust the potatoes. Place basket back inside your air fryer.
  • Set timer for another 8 or 10 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown and crispy. I will check at 8 minutes just to see how the potatoes look. If necessary I put the potatoes back in for 2 to 4 more minutes. Unfortunately the exact cooking time will vary depending on the size of the baby potatoes.
  • Remove the roasted baby potatoes from air fryer basket and serve hot.
  • Serve with your favorite main course or with a dipping sauce. Enjoy every bite!

3 medium russet potatoes (washed very well, cut into 1" cubes)
3 tbsps. olive oil (extra virgin)
1 tsp. Tuscan garlic seasoning (I used McCormick brand, use your favorite)
1 tsp. paprika
½ tsp. black pepper (fresh cracked)
½ tsp. salt (or more to taste)
½ tsp. crushed rosemary (dry or fresh is you prefer)

Steps:

  • Preheat the air fryer to 380 F
  • Wash the potatoes very well and cube them into 1 inch cubes. Rinse with cold water and drain. Pat them dry well with a kitchen towel to remove any moisture and transfer them to a bowl.
  • Add the oil, spices and mix to coat well.
  • Transfer the potatoes to the air fryer without over crowding. You want to give them enough space and cook two batches if need. This may depend on the size of your air fryer. So use your judgment.
  • Bake the potatoes in the air fryer for 25-30 minutes, until crispy and tender. Shake the basket half way through.
  • Transfer the potatoes to a dish and serve.

Steps:

  • Cut the potatoes into evenly sized pieces, ensuring they're not too big. Steam for 5 mins in a steamer insert set over a pan of boiling water, or simmer gently for 5 mins. Drain well.
  • Tip the drained potatoes into the bottom of an air fryer. Add the oil and toss everything together to ensure the potatoes are well-coated. Set the fryer to cook for 30 mins using the paddle. Check the potatoes are cooked through, then cook for another 5-10 mins if they're not tender or brown enough. Season well.
