AGAVE-ORANGE MARYS



Agave-Orange Marys image

Number Of Ingredients 10

4 cups tomato juice
1/2 cup orange juice
1/4 cup agave
2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
1/2 teaspoon celery salt
hot pepper sauce, to taste
Worcestershire sauce, to taste
pepper, to taste
ice cubes
5 celery sticks, for garnish

Steps:

  • Combine tomato juice, orange juice, agave, horseradish and celery salt in large pitcher stir until well blended. Season to taste with hot pepper sauce, Worcestershire sauce and black pepper. Serve over ice in tall glasses. Garnish with celery sticks, if desired.

2 ounces tequila made from 100 percent agave, preferably reposado or blanco
1 ounce Cointreau
1 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
Salt for garnish

Steps:

  • Combine tequila, Cointreau, and lime juice in cocktail shaker filled with ice. Moisten rim of Margarita or other cocktail glass with lime juice or water. Holding glass upside down, dip rim into salt. Shake and strain drink into glass and serve.
