Ingredients

1 cup butter, softened
1 ½ cups packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1 cup peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
¼ cup cornstarch
¾ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon baking powder
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Steps:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Cream together butter and brown sugar. Beat in eggs, peanut butter and vanilla.
Add flour, cornstarch, salt, baking soda and baking powder. Stir in chocolate chips.
Roll into balls about 1 1/2 teaspoonfuls (or use cookie scoop) and place onto ungreased cookie sheets about 2 inches apart. Flatten slightly because they do not flatten much while cooking.
Bake for 10 minutes.

These are so good. I added a some oatmeal, peanut butter, butterscotch chips, chopped nuts and extra flour to the recipe on the Reece's Peanut Butter Chips bag.

2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 cups sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 cup hershey's cocoa powder
2 eggs, room temperature
1 1/4 cups butter, softened
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup quick-cooking oats
1/4 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup finely chopped peanuts and walnuts
1/4 cup butterscotch chips
1 2/3 cups peanut butter chips

Steps:

Heat oven to 350°F.
Sift together flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt in a medium sized bowl.
Beat butter and sugar in a large bowl with a mixer for about 3 minutes or until fluffy.
Add eggs and vanilla; beat just until combined.
Gradually add flour mixture and oats, beating well.
Stir in last four ingredients.
Drop by heaping rounded tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheet, lined with parchment paper. They will be a little sticky.
Bake a total of 11 minutes, placing the cookie sheet on the top third rack for half the time and rotating it halfway through cooking and putting it on the bottom third rack. Do not overcook, they will be a little soft and will flatten after cooling.
Cool a few minutes and remove from cookie sheet to wire rack.

Using a handheld or stand mixer with a paddle attachment, beat the butter on high speed until creamy, about 1 minute. Scrape down the sides and the bottom of the bowl as needed. Switch the mixer to medium speed and beat in the brown sugar, granulated sugar, and peanut butter until combined. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract, scraping down the sides and bottom of the bowl as needed.
Turn the mixer off and pour the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. Turn the mixer on low and slowly beat until a soft dough is formed. Beat in the milk on medium speed. Once mixed, beat in the peanut butter cups until evenly disbursed. The dough will be very thick and sticky. Cover the dough tightly with aluminum foil or plastic wrap and chill for at least 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C). Line two large baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking mats. Set aside.
