We love lemanade, and 3 lemons makes 2 quart people can't believe it when I tell them. Try it I promise you will be pleased... I always double this recipe, a gallon is prefect for my family.

3 lemons
3/4 - 1 c of sweetner (adjust to taste)
water

Steps:

1. FIRST LEMON, SLICE THINLY(I USE MANDOLINE,) ADD TO PITCHER NEXT TWO LEMONS, ZEST WITH MICROPLANE ADD TO PITCHER SLICE AND JUICE LEMONS, ADD TO PITCHER
2. ADD ¾ - 1 CUP OF SWEETNER (AJUST TO TASTE LATER)ADD TO PITCHER
3. NOW ADD 2 CUPS OF WATER TO PITCHER AND PLUNGE UNTIL ALL IS MIXED WELL, FILL WITH WATER AND MIX. SERVE IN AN ICE FILLED GLASSES.
