ALMOND CHEDDAR APPETIZERS

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
• Mix mayonnaise, Cheddar cheese, almonds, bacon, green onions, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl. Spread the mixture onto bread slices and arrange slices onto a baking sheet.
• Bake in preheated oven until the topping begins to brown, 8 to 10 minutes.

APPLE BACON CHEDDAR CROSTINI

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 400F
• Scatter the baguette slices on a large baking sheet and drizzle with EVOO, salt and pepper
• Put into oven and toast for a few minutes
• In a large skillet over medium heat, cook bacon until crispy, about 4-5 minutes
• With a slotted spoon, remove bacon and reserve fat
• Add the onions to the hot bacon fat and caramelize for 10 minutes
• Add in the apple
• Season with salt and pepper; cook for another few minutes
• Remove from heat and put into a serving bowl
• Top with cheese and serve with crostini alongside

NEIMAN MARCUS DIP (ALMOND BACON CHEESE SPREAD)

Steps:

• Place all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir until combined. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to let the flavors develop. Let the dip sit at room temperature for 15-20 minutes before serving.
• Serve with crackers, corn chips, slices of crispy bread, or veggies.

• Crack 2 ice cubes and place in a shaker.
• Add Armagnac, Benedictine, and Angostura bitters. Shake well.
• Crack remaining ice and place in a hi-ball glass.
• Pour mixture in shaker over ice and top with Champagne.
• Garnish if desired with lemon slice, orange segments and a cherry.
