These are one of my family's favorites. There's something for everyone in these. I have worked in the school cafeteria for 8 years and we have used this recipe a lot. The kids love them.

EVERYTHING COOKIES!
This one has a bit of everything I like in a cookie-chocolate, oats, nuts and coconut. A friend of mine gave me a recipe for them, but I made some changes. I find that when you cut sugar, you can actually taste the other ingredients better. I also increased the coconut and oats.

EVERYTHING COOKIES AKA MONSTER COOKIES
This cookie has a little bit of everything, except flour. It was a favorite of mine growing up and is still a hit at parties. The recipe in its original form makes a ton of cookies, so you may want to cut in half...

A LITTLE BIT OF EVERYTHING COOKIE
I created this recipe when I was having a craving.I have made them for VBS and it was a big hit. With the whole wheat flour and oatmeal the children were eating high fiber and begging for more.

Steps:
- 1. You could put in 1 ½ cups of chopped walnuts or pecans but my children do not like nuts in their cookies. I have doubled the recipe for VBS and then added in white and milk chocolate chips also.
- 2. Preheat at 375° In a mixing bowl beat butter with an electric mixer on medium to high speed for 30 seconds. Add brown sugar, granulated sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon. Beat until combined, scraping sides of bowl. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Beat in as much of the flour as you can. Stir in remaining flour. Stir in rolled oats. Stir in chips and/or nuts. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until edges are light brown. Cool on cookie sheet 1 minute.
