Craving some Lemon Pie? This outrageous Blender Lemon Pie is the EASIEST pie you'll ever make! Just 6 ingredients, a few minutes of prep and you're done!

2 medium Lemons ({sliced, seeds removed, and rind left on*})
2 cups Sugar
1/2 cup Butter, softened ({8 tbsp.})
4 large Eggs
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
1 Pie Crust ({homemade or store-bought})

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Prepare a pie dish with your pie crust, and flute edges.
  • Add Lemons, Sugar, Butter, and Vanilla to your blender, and blend until well combined.
  • Pour lemon mixture into pie crust.
  • Bake for 40 - 45 minutes, or until done.
  • Remove from oven, allow to cool, then serve with a generous portion of whip cream on top, and vanilla ice cream on the side!

This is lemon blender pie and you literally throw all the ingredients in the blender and you've got yourself a fresh, citrusy pie filling that'll keep everyone coming back for more.

4 large eggs
½ c butter, melted
1 lemon, sliced into wedges, seeds removed
1 ¼ c sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 frozen, deep dish, pie crust
powdered sugar, garnish

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350º F.
  • 2. Place lemon, sugar, eggs, butter and vanilla into blender, and pulse until mostly smooth.
  • 3. Pour lemon filling into frozen pie shell ( I used deep-dish) and bake for 45 minutes, or until set.
  • 4. Remove from oven and let cool completely, then dust with powdered sugar before serving.
  • 5. Slice, serve enjoy!

4 eggs
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup butter
1 unbaked pie shell

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Cut off ends of lemon and cut into eighths. Remove seeds.
  • Place cut lemon in blender and pulse until liquefied.
  • Add eggs, sugar and butter and blend until completely mixed.
  • Pour mixture into prepared pie crust and bake 45 to 50 minutes.

  • Cut the lemon into sections so you can remove the seeds. Put everything in the blender (yes, the whole lemon, rind and everything!) and blend until very smooth. You may still have some very small flecks of lemon rind – that’s great.
  • Unroll pie crust and press into a 9-inch pie pan. Pour filling into the pie crust. Bake for 45 minutes or until set. Dust with powdered sugar and fancify the whole thing with a lil lemon slice or twist. Serve warm (it’ll be a little looser) or chilled for about 2 hours (thicker, more dense, and my personal preference).
