JUICIEST BAKED PORK TENDERLOIN

Juiciest Baked Pork Tenderloin image

This is the juiciest baked pork tenderloin recipe ever. It's coated in an easy spice rub, quickly browned in a pan which creates a lovely crust, then baked in a simple pan sauce to keep it incredibly tender, juicy, and delicious. The melt-in-your-mouth tender pork tastes amazing as leftovers, too!

Provided by Kristen Stevens

Categories     Dinner

Time 30m

Number Of Ingredients 9

2 pork tenderloins (about 1 lb each)
1 tablespoon paprika
2 teaspoons EACH: onion powder and garlic powder
1 teaspoon EACH: oregano, salt, and pepper
1 tablespoon cooking oil
½ cup beef broth
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon butter (can sub ghee for dairy-free)
Minced parsley (to serve)

Steps:

  • Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Dry the pork tenderloins well with paper towels.
  • Mix the paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper together in a small bowl. Rub this spice mix over all sides of the pork.
  • Heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the pork, working in 2 batches if your pan is not big enough to fit both tenderloins without them touching. Sear the pork on all sides until it is brown, about 6 minutes total. Take the pan off the heat.
  • Move the pork to a baking dish. If the spices left in the pan are black, wipe them away with a paper towel. Return the pan to the heat and add the beef broth. Scrape the bottom of the pan to remove any stuck-on bits then boil for 1 minute until it reduces to about ¼ cup. Pour this sauce over the pork.
  • Pour the apple cider vinegar over the pork then dot the top with the butter. Cover the baking dish with foil.
  • Bake the pork for 20-25 minutes, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees. Let the pork rest for 5 minutes before slicing into 1/4 inch thick rounds. Serve with a little minced parsley, for color.

48-HOUR PORK TENDERLOIN

48-Hour Pork Tenderloin image

There are so many luscious-sounding recipes on 'zaar for pork tenderloin marinades that we plan to spend all spring and summer grilling our way through the list. I honestly think, though, that this one can stand up to the best of them! It's from a local community cookbook, and it's way up there on the list of family favorites. You can cut the marinating time to 24 hours, but 48 is better. Just promise me that you won't cook it to death. :) A light char on the outside and pale pink on the inside is perfect. When I'm expecting a bigger crowd than usual and have to buy 2 packages of tenderloin, I stick all 4 pieces of meat in one big ziplock and double the marinade recipe.

Categories     Pork

Time 30m

Yield 4-6 serving(s)

Number Of Ingredients 9

1 (1 1/2 lb) pork tenderloin
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup dry white wine
1/4 cup freshly-squeezed lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
2 bay leaves

Steps:

  • Place meat in a large (1-gallon) heavy-duty resealable plastic bag.
  • Measure all remaining ingredients into a jar with a tight-fitting lid.
  • Shake vigorously to combine well; pour marinade over tenderloins.
  • Refrigerate for 24 to 48 hours.
  • Note: If marinating in a glass dish instead of a plastic bag, the liquid probably won't cover the tenderloin entirely, so you will need to turn the meat several times for the flavor to penetrate evenly.
  • When ready to cook, discard the marinade and grill over medium coals until thoroughly done but still slightly pink in the center (15- 20 minutes).
  • Allow meat to rest for about 5 minutes before cutting, spooning a small amount of the juice which collects over each slice.

Crispy on the outside, juicy and tender on the inside, and amazing flavors make this the BEST baked pork tenderloin!

Provided by Tiffany

Categories     Main Course

Time 40m

Number Of Ingredients 10

1 or 2 ½ pound pork tenderloins ((see note))
1 tablespoon oil
2-3 tablespoons fresh lemon, lime, or orange juice ((or 1 tablespoon of each))
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
1 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon chili powder
½ teaspoon smoked paprika ((optional but highly recommended))
¼ teaspoon black pepper

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees and lightly grease a large baking/casserole dish. Pierce tenderloins all over with a fork. Rub oil onto all sides of the meat.
  • Whisk together Italian seasoning, garlic powder, cumin, salt, chili powder, smoked paprika (if using) and black pepper. Sprinkle mixture over tenderloin(s), patting it onto the surface of the meat on all sides. Place in prepared baking dish and drizzle lemon/lime juice over the top.
  • Bake for 25-35 minutes until outside is browned and crispy and centers are cooked through to desired doneness (you can take them out on the early side if you like the centers a little pink).
  • Spoon juices from the dish over the meat. Allow to rest on a cutting board or in the baking dish for 5-10 minutes. Slice into 1 inch pieces. Spoon any remaining juices from the pan over the slices, garnish with fresh chopped cilantro if desired, and serve.

  • Grilled Pork Tenderloin. Pork tenderloin is right up there will chicken breast, burgers, and foil packets when it comes to an easy weeknight dinner on the grill.
  • Pork Stir-Fry with Asparagus and Sugar Snap Peas. Stir-fries are a great way to stretch a tenderloin to feed a couple more hungry mouths. Plan to place the meat in the freezer for about 20 minutes before prepping it – it’ll be a lot easier to slice into thin strips.
  • Pork Tenderloin and Onion Jam Sandwiches. The next few recipes take a little more advance planning, but are still super-simple (and super-delicious). These sandwiches are the number one reason to cook a pork tenderloin during your weekend meal prep session, then slice it up and build sandwiches during the week.

2018-09-13 Pork Tenderloin recipes for the oven: Pork tenderloin can be cooked relatively quickly in the oven, usually around 350-400 degrees F for 20-30 minutes.
