STRAWBERRY CRUSH JELLO WITH PRETZELS
This is a a great light salad or even a nice little dessert. I got this recipe from a friend and my family absolutely loves it, and so will you!

Steps:
- Mix pretzels, margarine and sugar in a pan and bake at 350 degrees for 10 min.-let cool.
- Cream sugar and softened cream cheese together.
- fold in cool whip.
- pour on top of pretzels.
- refrigerate for several hours.
- Topping:.
- Dissolve Jello in water -- let cool.
- add strawberries.
- let jell slightly and pour on top of cream cheese.
- refrigerate until firm.
- PAN SIZE: 13x9.

STRAWBERRY PRETZEL JELL-O
A crisp salty pretzel crust complements the creamy marshmallow-fluff-like "white" layer, with a tangy topping of strawberries in gelatin. Much like a strawberry cheesecake, but with the surprise of pretzels! For best results, make Strawberry Pretzel Jell-O only one day in advance, to preserve the crunchy texture of the pretzels.

Steps:
- Crust: Combine pretzels, butter, and 1/4 cup sugar. Press into 9" x 13" baking dish and bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Cool to room temperature.
- White Layer: Cream together cream cheese and 1 cup sugar.
- Fold in Cool Whip. Spread over pretzel crust.
- Red Layer: Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
- Stir in frozen strawberries, Chill until partially set (about 1 hour) and spread over white layer.
- Chill until set and serve.

- Preheat oven to 350.
- Mix crushed pretzels, margarine and brown sugar and press into 13" x 9" pan.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
- Mix cream cheese and sugar until well combined.
- Fold in cool whip.
- Spread over cooled crust.
- Place into refrigerator.
- Mix 2 cups boiling water with jello until dissolved.
- Add strawberries.
- Chill until jello begins to set.
- Pour over cream cheese/cool whip.
- Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.

This is a very good dessert if you are looking for something lite.

Steps:
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- 2. Combine the melted butter, sugar and crushed pretzels. Press this mixture into a 9 x 13 inch baking pan and bake for 15 minutes. Let cool completely.
- 3. Prepare jello with frozen strawberries. Put in fridge until almost set.
- 4. Combine pretzels, butter and 3 Tbsp sugar and layer at bottom of glass dish.
- 5. Mix cream cheese, 1 cup sugar and cool whip.
- 6. Layer pretzel base, cream cheese mixture then jello mixture. Let set overnight.
3 LAYER STRAWBERRY JELLO WITH PRETZELS
There are a few recipes like this one, but each has something a little different than mine. My family happens to love this recipe the way I make it, so I wanted to share it with all of you. Great dessert for a kid's party. Let the kids help you make this one!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Bottom Layer - Mix together first three ingredients for the bottom layer. Place in a 9 x 13 dish and bake for 8 minutes - Cool.
- Middle Layer - Mix together cream cheese and sugar, fold in cool whip. Place on top of cooled bottom layer. Place in refrigerator.
- Top Layer - Follow directions to Jello and add strawberries to Jello. Place in refrigerator to set a bit. Once it has started to set, (you do not want this watery) remove pretzel dish from refrigerator and top with Jello and strawberries. Cool until completely set - 1-2 hours.
- Serve with additional whipped cream.
- Enjoy!
