Steps:
- Wash and peel potatoes. Cut into cubes about 1 inch in size.
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Preheat air fryer to 380° for 2 minutes.
- In a bowl, combine brown sugar, seasonings (or seasoning blend) with salt and pepper.
- Put sweet potatoes into bowl, add olive oil and seasonings. Toss the potatoes until well coated.
- Place the sweet potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Do not overcrowd.
- Cook for 8 minutes. Shake the basket well and continue cooking an additional 8-10 minutes more. Potatoes are done when they are fork tender.

- Preheat oven to 400 F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- Peel the sweet potatoes and cut into approximately 1" cubes - bit size pieces
- In a large bowl add onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, cumin and olive oil. Mix well until all potatoes are evenly coated
- Spread evenly over prepared baking sheet and bake on centre rack of oven for approximately 20 minutes or until sweet potatoes are soft enough to easily poke with a fork.
- Remove from oven and serve.

- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
- In a plastic bag, combine the sweet potatoes, canola oil, taco seasoning, and cayenne pepper. Close and shake the bag until the fries are evenly coated. Spread the fries out in a single layer on two large baking sheets.
- Bake for 30 minutes, or until crispy and brown on one side. Turn the fries over using a spatula, and cook for another 30 minutes, or until they are all crispy on the outside and tender inside. Thinner fries may not take as long.

NO-FUSS SEASONED BAKED SWEET POTATOES

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a half sheet baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place chopped sweet potatoes on the parchment paper lined baking sheet and toss with the olive oil, onion powder, paprika and garlic powder (not salt yet) using two large metal spoons. Spread the seasoned sweet potato cubes into one even layer. Make sure the sweet potato chunks are spaced out and not touching one another or they will steam and not roast.
- Bake for 15 minutes, toss and make another 7-10 minutes watching them closely at the end to avoid burning.
- Once they are done cooking, remove from oven. Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon salt. Enjoy immediately while hot.
- Store leftovers once fully cooled to room temperature in an airtight container for up to one week.

- Slice the ends off each sweet potato and cut them into wedges. Combine salt, pepper, smoked paprika, cayenne, cinnamon, onion powder, and garlic powder to make a seasoning blend.
- Pour oil over the sweet potato wedges and toss to coat them. Pour the seasoning blend into the bowl and toss again to coat.
- Preheat air fryer to 350F for 5 minutes. Arrange sweet potato wedges in an air fryer basket. Make sure that the wedges are not touching - you may need to cook them in more than one batch.
- Air fry the seasoned sweet potato wedges at 350F for 8 minute. Remove them from the air fryer, flip them, and return them to cook for another 4 minutes. Allow them to cool slightly and enjoy!

- Scrub the sweet potatoes and leave the skin on (best part.).
- I like using a french fry cutter (it works sort of like those apple corer/slicer things) for this but if you don't have one, just use a knife to cut the potatoes into shoestrings.
- Put the raw fries into a mixing bowl, and pour in the olive oil. Toss well to coat.
- Add the seasonings and toss well again.
- Arrange the fries on a baking sheet and bake at 400F for 10 minutes.
- Turn the fries with a spatula and bake for another 10 minutes.
- Blot any excess oil with paper towels, serve, and enjoy!
