MICROWAVE CHOCOLATE MUG CAKE

Steps:

• Mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt in a large microwave-safe mug; stir in milk, canola oil, water, and vanilla extract.
• Cook in microwave until cake is done in the middle, about 1 minute 45 seconds.

CHOCOLATE CAKE IN A MUG

Steps:

• Special equipment: a 12-ounce microwave-safe ceramic mug and a microwave oven
• Put the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt if using in a 12-ounce microwave-safe ceramic mug. Blend thoroughly with a fork. Add the milk, vegetable oil and vanilla if using and blend until smooth. Stir in the chocolate chips.

Steps:

• 1. Add dry ingredients to Microwaveable Coffee Mug and mix well.
• 2. Add the egg and mix thoroughly. Pour in the milk and oil and mix well.
• 3. Add chocolate chips (if using) and vanilla (spalsh to taste) Mix again.
• 4. Put your mug into the microwave and cook for 3 minutes at 1000 watts. The cake will rise over the top of the mug, but don't be alarmed. Allow to cool a little. Can be tipped out on a plate if desired.

Steps:

• This Recipe is so easy, all you have to remember is 2 spoons of the dry ingredients and 1 spoon of wet.
• Grate the chocolate and whisk all the ingredients together in a large mug. (A fork works just as well as a whisk.)
• Once well combined put the mug into the microwave for 2 minutes. Keep an eye on it though, as it is prone to over flowing :)
• Remove from the microwave, puncture with a fork and leave to sit for 30 second. You can eat the cake straight from the mug or, Using a flat knife go around the edges to separate the cake from the mug before tipping it out onto a plate for serving. Grate on the left over chocolate and spoon on the whipped cream.
