This 3-Ingredient Hummus Salad Dressing is perfect for a quick, easy, and tasty fix! Use it to top your favorite salad or veggie bowl.

Ingredients

½ cup Garlic Hummus
1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
Juice of ½ Lemon
2-4 tbsp Filtered Water

Steps:

Add the Hummus, Mustard, and Lemon Juice to a small bowl and mix with a spoon or fork until well-combined.
Add in water in 1 tbsp increments until your desired thickness is reached, then serve as desired! Leftovers will keep in the fridge for up to one week.

2 tablespoons chopped parsley
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon water, or more as needed
1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced
salt and ground black pepper to taste

Steps:

Whisk hummus, olive oil, parsley, cilantro, water, vinegar, and garlic together in a small bowl. Season dressing with salt and pepper. Add a few more drops of water if dressing is too thick.
